Model Application for STLFW

Filling out this form is NOT your audition. You must also attend an in person audition. You only need to attend one audition date.

You must be checked in with a model number sticker 15 minutes prior to the end of the day. Late arrivals will not be accepted.
YOU ONLY NEED TO AUDITION ONCE. Auditioning twice will slow the process and multiple auditions will be deleted.
Auditioning and/or making the roster does not guarantee that you will be booked to walk for STLFW.
You do not need to be there for the entire time frame. Your individual audition will take less than 5 minutes once you are through the line.
Please wear all black, snug fitting clothing.
Heels need to be 3+" - not boots.
We highly recommend that you complete and submit this form prior to attending. Any models missing a form submission or any contact information will not be eligible for booking and will be automatically removed from the model casting group.
Models are asked to provide accurate and reliable contact information and availability. Models should be prepared to have measurements, headshot, full-length shot, and a video of their runway walk collected during the casting. STLFW will take the photos and videos, you do not need to bring these items with you. All casting submissions will be reviewed by STLFW LLC/ SLFW LLC.

Talent that do require payment & have representation (agency) will need to list their agency contact information above for our booking process.
Designers may request you even if they are unable to compensate you. As always, you are welcome to confirm/deny them, or request a confirmation of non-payment.
What is your fee? - ONLY ANSWER THIS IF PAYMENT IS REQUIRED.
STLFW LLC/ SLFW LLC screens models for designers, but models are not hired by STLFW LLC/ SLFW LLC, and STLFW LLC/ SLFW LLC does not accept any responsibility for payment of compensation for models. Models waive any claim for compensation from STLFW LLC/ SLFW LLC. If models and individual designers agree on compensation for the model, all compensation, commissions, agency fees, and financial liability for any required taxes, including federal, state and local wage withholding, is the responsibility of each designer, not STLFW LLC/ SLFW LLC.

All participating models in the 2026 season are REQUIRED to attend STFLW's Model Rehearsal - HELD JUNE 6 & 7, 2026. You will attend a single 2-hour rehearsal PER designer.

Call times during the week of our shows will range 10am to 2pm. If/when a designer requests you, your specific call time will be given to you the week before the shows.

For the 2026 STLFW Show, we are asking models to initially accept a maximum of two (2) evenings. If the needs of our designers dictate, we will announce to interested models that additional model spots need to be filled on additional nights.
MODELS MAY BOOK TWO DESIGNERS PER NIGHT. STLFW WILL BE ALLOWING DESIGNERS TO SHARE MODELS.
This means models may walk a total of 4 times.

2026 STLFW LLC/ SLFW LLC, including all castings, backstage activities, rehearsals, and all shows and events.
In consideration of good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as adequate and received, I hereby grant and assign all intellectual property rights and permissions of photos, videos and other reproductions taken of me during the above referenced project, to Company, its heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, those for whom company is acting, and those acting with its authority and permission.
Company has the irrevocable, perpetual and unrestricted right, permission, and license to take, assign, use, re-use, publish, edit, sell, and republish videos, photographic portraits or pictures of me or in which I may be included, in whole or in part, or reproductions thereof, made through any medium, and in any and all media now or hereafter known for print media and electronic media and distribution over the internet for illustration, sale, promotion of the Company or its sponsors, model, art, editorial, submission to media or trade magazines, or any other purpose.
I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Company, its heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, and all persons acting under its permission or authority or those for whom it is acting, from any liability for any injuries to myself. I also hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Company, its heirs, legal representatives, and assigns from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of such images as well as any publication of them, including without limitation any claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy.
I understand and agree that Company will not compensate me. In the event I require monetary compensation for modeling for a designer in a Company event, I will arrange for any required compensation directly with the designer prior to accepting the invitation to model. I further agree to hold Company harmless for any compensation I require from the designer, which is unpaid by the designer.
I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents of this document. This document shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
