(We do not plan travel to Disney, US beach destinations such as Florida, or quick city stays like Las Vegas.)
In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange your travel request, a consultation fee is required after a free 20-minute consultation.
Vacation planning involves a great deal of time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research destinations, tours, and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries and more.
Our itineraries and vacation plans give travelers peace of mind and tremendous time savings. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Traveling Person acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal Suppliers and is not the source or provider of any travel service. Each Supplier is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of Traveling Person.
For this reason, you will see all pricing as BUNDLED RATES and not broken out by component, a la carte style. Our partners do not provide component pricing to protect their contracts, therefore Traveling Person is not able to provide /disclose component pricing. When you hire Traveling Person, you agree and understand that you will receive all pricing as a "package rate.”
