This trip does require a minimum number of 30 participants to ensure the trip is not cancelled. If we do not meet the minimum number required, you will not be charged, any amount paid will be returned. There is a Maximum of 50 seats available per bus. We do not guarantee that we can or will add any additional buses. Seats are filled on a First Come Basis.

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to someone else if you are unable to attend.

A minimum of 30 persons per bus are required to have this trip proceed as planned.

Determination of the trip status will be made approximately 2 weeks prior to departure. If the trip is cancelled by Latitudes Travel 100% of your money will be refunded.
