 Support & Maintenance Agreement - Access to support for @Master for the duration of Choice Rental period.

 Additional Charges - If client selects additional services such services will be charged as per our then current prices. E.g., Additional training and on-site service.

The customer and signatory below agree that @Master can disclose and obtain credit information about the customer as referred to in the “Privacy Act notice and consents” provision of the Terms and Conditions. The customer declares that where the Equipment is to be rented it is to be rented wholly or predominantly for business purposes for the duration of signed agreement. If agreement is terminated within the contract term then full payment is required for the remainder of contract agreement.
