Women's Chamber Membership Terms and Conditions
Thank you for joining the Women’s Chamber. As a member, you are part of a vibrant community dedicated to empowering women in business. To ensure the effective operation of the chamber and the benefits it provides, the following terms and conditions apply to all members:

1. Governance

1.1 Board of Directors
The Women’s Chamber is guided by a Board of Directors, which oversees the chamber's strategic direction, policies, and operations. The Board is responsible for ensuring that the chamber fulfills its mission to support and empower women in business.

1.2 Bylaws
The Women’s Chamber operates under a set of bylaws, which outline the governing principles, responsibilities, and procedures of the organization. Members agree to abide by decisions and policies set forth by the Board of Directors in accordance with the bylaws.

2. Membership Eligibility and Requirements

2.1 Membership is open to individuals, businesses, or organizations that align with the chamber’s mission of supporting and promoting women in business.

2.2 Members must complete the membership application process, pay the applicable membership fees, and provide accurate information about themselves or their business.

2.3 Membership is non-transferable and is valid for the period specified upon enrollment.

2.4 Members are expected to maintain active participation, uphold the values of the chamber, and conduct themselves professionally in all interactions related to the organization.

3. Benefits and Responsibilities

3.1 Members are entitled to benefits such as networking opportunities, access to events, educational workshops, and promotional support, as determined by their membership level.

3.2 Members are encouraged to participate in chamber activities, committees, and initiatives to maximize the value of their membership and contribute to the chamber's success.

3.3 Members are responsible for maintaining continuous membership by renewing on time to retain benefits and, if applicable, founding member status.

4. Membership Dues

4.1 Membership dues are determined annually by the Board of Directors and are subject to change.

4.2 Payment of dues is required at the time of application or renewal. Failure to pay dues by the designated deadline may result in suspension or termination of membership.


5. Termination of Membership

5.1 The Board of Directors reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member fails to comply with the chamber’s bylaws, policies, or terms and conditions.

5.2 Members may voluntarily withdraw their membership by providing written notice to the chamber. Membership fees are non-refundable.

6. Liability
The Women’s Chamber is not liable for any actions or outcomes resulting from members’ participation in chamber events or activities. Members participate at their own discretion and risk.

7. Communication is mainly Via EMAIL. members agree to receiving text messages but may opt out at any time. If you remove yourself from the email or text your only way to get information about the chamber will be your involvement on following our social media. We will only reach out via phone on certain occasions and to check in from time to time.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may be amended by the Board of Directors as needed. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

    The Heart and Welcome of the Women’s Chamber

    Lady Delegates serve as the welcoming committee, connection builders, and engagement leaders of the Women’s Chamber. Similar to ambassadors in other chambers, these delegates represent the Chamber at events, help new members feel at home, and promote community and collaboration within our membership.

    What Lady Delegates Do:
    ?Welcome and support new members, helping them integrate into the Chamber and understand their benefits
    ?Attend and assist at Chamber events, networking socials, ribbon cuttings, and community gatherings
    ?Serve as liaisons between the Chamber and its members, gathering feedback and sharing updates
    ?Promote engagement by encouraging member participation, making introductions, and fostering connections
    ?Represent the Chamber with professionalism and enthusiasm both online and in the community

    Lady Delegates are passionate about empowering women, strengthening relationships, and elevating the visibility of fellow members. They play a vital role in creating the warm, connected, and supportive environment our Chamber is known for.

For further information or clarification, please contact the Women’s Chamber directly. Refunds of dues is not refundable after 3 days and/or NO member benefits have been used. If you use a discounted member benefit you will be ineligible for a refund.
