NOTICE: PLEASE READ TIME SHARE BOOKING REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION, POLICIES AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH BOOKING.
NOTICE: You are reserving a TIME SHARE DATE with TIMBREL CENTRE. Your TIME SHARE DATE is not OFFICIAL until you have submitted your TIME SHARE DONATION. I understand by ELECTRONICALLY signing below, I have read and accepted the terms stated on this form. SECURITY: Timbrel Centre is monitored by security cameras and surveillance 24 hours daily. EVENT DEPOSIT: An electronic deposit, to cover any damages incurred during your event, equal to the event fee, is due upon approval for your event. All deposits will be returned at the conclusion of the event, less any damage charges. EQUIPMENT: Time sharing covers use of our PA System, Hammond Organ (does include keyboard), and drums (must provide snare drum and foot pedal). Any other technology or IT must be negotiated separately. LIABILITY INSURANCE: You are required to have Liability Insurance to cover your event. Available @ WWW.EVENTSURED.COM. PAYMENTS: All time share fees for each event must be paid prior to the scheduled event at the hourly rate posted. | Total usage donation will also include an Administration Fee based upon size of event. PARKING: There is free parking lot and street parking.

INVOICE: Once you have completed booking you will be sent an INVOICE which must be paid IMMEDIATELY which finally confirms the space you requested has been FINALIZED.
