  • Furniture Moving:

    Regular pricing includes moving some SMALLER items* (chairs, smaller non-motorized sofas, tables, and similar items). WE WILL NOT MOVE(no exceptions) Beds, Dressers, Sectional or Sleeper Sofas, Power-Reclining Sofas, Computers, Entertainment Systems, Electronics, Desks, Bookshelves, Pianos, China Cabinets, and similar items.

    TPO pricing (Traffic Pattern Only) is a discounted price for cleaning around all items and does not include moving ANY furniture. Furniture cannot be moved (by you or technicians) while technicians are cleaning onsite.
  • Reminder that TPO pricing means NO FURNITURE WILL BE MOVED ONCE WE ARRIVE AT THE JOB UNTIL THE JOB IS FINISHED! This is regardless of if the furniture is moved by you or the technicians during the cleaning.

  • Area Rugs

    In home Area Rug cleanings are a light topical cleaning/"freshening up" the area rug. We can only clean with a light mist/no scrubbing which means we cannot care for heavy spots, any pet urine, and cannot clean the fringes. The in shop cleaning is much more thorough and includes dusting as well as cleaning multiple times and a heavier focus on spots and other concerns. The normal in shop rug cleaning usually* has a turn-around time of 10-14 business days.

    *Turn-around time can be pushed in rare situations when many rugs come in at once or when receiving many water damage emergency jobs

    If you have any special areas of concern, such as pet odors, stains or food/drink stains that will require additional attention, please let us know so that we are able to accurately schedule the time necessary to complete your project. If the stain is food or drink based, include the nature of the spill (if you know) and how long it has been on your carpet (if you know). What if anything did you use to attempt removal?
