Our fresh sausages are made with our pastured pork, salt, spices and herbs! That's it!
We do not use any binders or additives.
All of our recipes are free of wheat and dairy.
**Our fresh farmer's sausage and Tuscan style sausage do use a small amount of sugar and our Italian inspired sausages including our Sweet and Spicy Italian and our Fennell and White Wine Sausage do contain wine.
