Pork Update: Hi folks! We sold out of our 2024 inventory quicker than expected. This means there will be a bit of a gap in pork availability until late winter 2025.
PORK NOTES:
Ham & Bacon*: Our ham and bacon are cured using nitrates.
If you do not want cured meats as part of your bulk order package please let us know.
Alternate options include hip roast instead of ham & pork belly or side pork instead of cured bacon.
Sausages: All of our sausages are gluten and binder free. Check the ingredient list. A couple have wine and a couple have sugar.
