TOUR INCLUDES: Transportation via roundtrip luxury motor coach from Topeka, driver gratuity, tour director, 2 nights hotel, luggage handling at hotel, 7 meals-(2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 dinners), and admissions for shows/activities listed.
NOT INCLUDED: Optional travel insurance, room incidentals, alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature, pre/post hotel nights, meals or snacks not listed.
TOUR CANCELLATIONS: Minimum participation required. If it becomes necessary for Simply Travel, LLC to cancel prior to departure for not meeting minimum sells requirements a full refund of all deposit money will be issued. Simply Travel, LLC can not be held responsible for cancellations beyond our control including but not limited to weather.
CANCELLATION Policy: All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations after final payment are NON-REFUNDABLE. Name changes allowed up to 21 days prior.
SPECIAL NEEDS: Special needs travelers must be accompanied by at least one paying companion. Companion must be available to assist them during entire trip. Tour directors and bus drivers have other duties and obligations and will not be available. Any traveler with special needs, physical, dietary or otherwise must notify Simply Travel, LLC at the time of booking.
ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING ROOMS: A minimum of $500.00 will be charged for any smoking violations in your room or any other marked non-smoking areas.
