Important Notice:

• Please be advised of the annual registration and renewal fees.
- R110-R130 per annum, for (.co.za, .net, etc)
- R350 per annum, for (.com, .org, .org.za)
- R50 reconnection fee if your account has been suspended for over 30 days.

Terms and conditions:
(a) FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIBERS: Your cpanel may be deleted with immediate effect should you fail to make payment on 3 non-consecutive months.

(b) FOR ANNUAL SUBSCRIBERS: You are expected to make full payment of your annual subscription and registration renewal every 12 months. Failure to do so will result in your account/subscription being terminated effectively.

(c) Your domain will not be transferable if you have outstanding payments.

(d) The service provider reserves the right to refuse renewal of your domain or account.

(e) Failure to make payment within the stipulated invoice due date, will result in the suspension and/or termination of the invoiced services. Including website data, databases, backups and all information regarding the invoiced service.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
Should your stored data reach 95% of it's capacity, the server may delete emails older than 12 months to alleviate some of the pressure. So it's very important that you backup/save your old emails on your personal system.
