To make this vacation one to remember, I'd love to get to know you a little better before we chat and learn more about what you would like in your next vacation. Please complete this Travel Questionnaire so your travel interests can be accommodated to your wishes.

If you are the LEAD TRAVELER for a group, complete this form so I can gather the information for what you would like for your group vacation. All other travelers within the group only need to complete the CLIENT INFORMATION FORM.

    If you are visiting multiple islands, connecting flights to the other islands will be included in your package. Please keep this in mind when creating your budget.

  • CAR RENTALS:

    Car rentals are usually not needed while visiting the island of Oahu, but for the other islands, some form of transportation is needed.

  • VACATION INSURANCE:

    You never know what may happen between the time you book your vacation to the day of departure. You might get sick or injured before or even during your trip. Travel insurance can give you the peace of mind knowing if something should happen before or during your trip, you will be taken care of.

    As your travel advisor, it is my responsibility to recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

    IF YOU OPT OUT OF INSURANCE, PLEASE NOTE IF YOU MUST CANCEL, YOU RUN THE RISK OF LOSING ALL OF THE MONEY YOU PAID ON YOUR TRIP.
