MacTravel Services charges a Plan To Go Deposit. It is non-refundable but 100% will be applied towards the final payment of your vacation, if a deposit (required from the supplier) is applied within 30 days of the original price quote date. If you choose to book your travel with another agency or on your own, your Plan To Go Deposit will be retained by MacTravel Services as payment for professional services rendered. Just a reminder that all prices are subject to change until a deposit is applied. Vacation planning involves much time. My work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise.

Services Offered By MacTravel Services:

Two Destinations Max (1 - 9 people) - $100 Deposit
Group Travel (10 - 24 people) - $150 Deposit
Large Group Travel (25 or more people) - $200 Deposit

1. Consult with you, research and confirm reservations (including itinerary changes and delivery of tickets).
2. Disclose the identity of the supplier or tour operator responsible for the services and vouch for the supplier's reliability.
3. Update availability of travel services (like cancelled flights or overbooked hotels).
4. Convey needed information and provide needed travel documentation.
5. Provide information on health and safety hazards.
6. Advising of any travel insurance.
7. Provide you with end to end service

9. 24/hour care during travel
10. Research cruises, hotels and tours to meet your specific needs
11. Reminders to check in on line keeping you up to date on your final itinerary and documents to give you stress-free and worry-free vacation experience.
