Cancellation Notice *

Cancellation more than 24 hours before travel is $6 per adult and $3 per child. Child seats refunded in full. Cancel fees cover booking establishment and non refundable bank fees we are charged. We make refunds by online banking only.

For cancellations less than 24 hours before travel no refund is payable, however COVID-19 cancellations (border closures, hotspot declarations, people in your group becoming a close contact or contracting COVID) can still elect refund less fees or 100% credit is notifying us less than 24 hours before travel.

If we have no availability (eg last minute booking) we will not charge your card and instead advise options.
