STEP 2: SUBMIT PAYMENT
Payment is required before processing your order.
Pay online through (Point and Pay).
Card fees apply both online and in person.
No refunds will be issued.

STEP 3: DELIVERY METHOD
You’ll choose Pickup or Mail in this application.
Pickup: Certificates can be picked up at 1550 Sheridan Dr., Suite 100, Lancaster, OH.
Mail: Certificates will be mailed to the address you provide on the application.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.
