Join the 17th Annual Volleyball Business Exchange on Friday, Dec. 19, 8:30–10:30 a.m. This fast-paced event features 5-minute meetings between club directors/representatives and convention exhibitors.

  • HOW IT WORKS

    • Each exhibitor has 5 minutes to share how their product/service can benefit your club.
    • When time is called, club reps rotate to the next table.
    • All appointments are required. Skipping or refusing to move is not allowed.
    • Maximum: 24 appointments per rep, no more than 2 hours total.
  • ELIGIBILITY & REBATE

    • Up to 24 club directors/representatives may participate.
    • Complete all appointments to earn a $150 rebate on your paid convention registration.
    • One check per club, payable to the registered individual.
    • Pre-register by Dec. 7 to receive your check on-site.
    • After Dec. 7 (including walk-ups), checks will be mailed after Jan. 1.

  • REGISTRATION

    • Pre-register by December 7 to receive your rebate check on-site.
    • Walk-up registration is permitted 8-8:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 19, as space allows.
