Inspired by this year’s theme, “The Architecture of Project Management: Creating Foundations that Stand the Test of Change,” Focus PM 2026 will help you strengthen your strategic contribution, create greater business value and build the capabilities to thrive as the role of the PM continues to evolve.

  • The attendee list will be shared with other event participants. Please note that the list is password-protected.

  • Pre-conference Technology Day

    Location: Novotel Barcelona City (Venue)

    Three workshops will take place, with full details and speakers announced throughout August. Two workshops will cost €50 each, while the third will be free of charge. You will be notified via email.
  • Coffee breaks will be provided. Lunch is not included, but attendees are welcome to purchase lunch at the hotel bar or rooftop restaurant.

  • ELIA will offer unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks during the first hour of the reception. Any drinks ordered after this time will be at attendees’ own expense.

  • Networking Dinner / Thursday, 26 November 2026
    Time: 19:30-23:30
    Location: Marina Bay Restaurant

    The cost for the dinner is €65 per person (attendees & guests). One way bus transfer included.

  • About ELIA

  • Membership is for language service companies and organisations providing services to language service companies. The difference between the Member and non-Member price will be deducted from your 12-month membership fee.
