INSTRUCTIONS: Subscribe to all 5 shows in the 2024-2025 Season! Additional questions will appear based upon the answers you provide. Please fill out the form completely to ensure you provide all the necessary information to process your order.

This form is for those looking to order a new subscription or renew their existing subscription with changes.

Once submitted, please allow 3-5 business days for the Box Office to process your payment.

**The deadline for Standard Subscription holders to renew and be guaranteed their same seats is Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

  • If you are not sure if you need to update your contact information with Village Theatre, please select the option to update your information. Our Patron Services staff will ensure your account has the information you provide so that you can receive your tickets in the mail.
  • Primary Subscriber Contact Information

    Please provide the mailing address, email and phone number for the individual whose account the subscription should be booked under.

  • You have a Standard Subscription if your performance dates are scheduled by Village Theatre and you have the same seats pre-booked for every show.

    You have a FlexiPass Subscription if you are not pre-booked into any shows. You choose your performance date and contact the Box Office to book in your dates and seats.

  • Standard or Marquee Subscription: You are pre-booked into dates with assigned seats for every performance.

    FlexiPass Subscription: You contact the box office to choose your date and seat during the season for each performance.

  • If there is a particular series you prefer, please let us know. Note: With a Standard Subscription, you cannot choose your own dates. If the series you subscribe to has a performance that conflicts with your schedule, you will have an opportunity to exchange your tickets for that show.

    Marquee Subscriptions for the 24/25 season are all the same rate, regardless of the patron's age or day/time.

  • FlexiPass Subscriptions for the 24/25 season are all the same rate, regardless of the patron's age.
  • Active & Retired Military save 10% for each qualifying Subscription. Fees are not discounted.

  • Providing their contact information will allow them to receive notifications and updates about the season. They will also be able to easily reschedule tickets in your subscription.

  • Village Theatre is a non-profit organization and the subscription price does not fully cover the cost of putting our productions on stage. As such, we are unable to offer any refunds on the basis of personal taste or preferences. We ask all audience members to do appropriate research for each show to determine what shows are right for them and their party.

  • *Payment plans are only available for credit card payments. Payments can only be set up for a single credit card.

    50/50 Plan: Select this plan to pay in two easy installments. The first charge will take place when your order is received, with the second following three months later (on the same day of the month). There is an additional $10 fee for the processing of the second payment in this option.

    5-Payment Plan: Select this plan to pay for your Subscription gradually with five monthly payments. The first charge will take place when your order is received, with the remaining four charges occurring on the same day of the next four months. There is an additional $20 in fees for this option; $5 for each additional charge that must be processed.
