Projects must have been completed between September 1, 2017 and July 31, 2018. All nominations will be publicized at the Annual Meeting. Winners will be selected by the ICE Group Judging Committee. Winner (s) will be presented a plaque and make a 5-10 minute presentation to the group at the Annual Meeting
