This corporate award celebrates the efforts and accomplishments of insurance industry companies who work to promote a more racially and ethnically diverse workforce. This award recognizes those entities/companies who have demonstrated a commitment to promoting full and equal participation in the insurance industry through the encouragement and inclusion of women, minorities, persons with disabilities, and/or persons of differing races, ethnicities, cultures, genders, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, religions, nationalities, ages, and abilities.

Nominations may be submitted by members and nonmembers. Self-nominations are also accepted. Nominees must be members of IASA.
