    3. T1 International: Driver meets you in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign.
    4. Private transfers 1-5 pax use white 2022 Hyundai iMax or white 2023 Kia Carnival. Larger groups use 13 seater Toyota HiAce, 22 seater Coaster /Yutong D7, or 53 seater luxury liner.

    • Please book more than 24 hours before travel. If we have no availability we will not process your booking and instead contact you to advise options.

    • Private transfers between Cairns and Port Douglas with no other passengers. Flights scheduled to arrive at Cairns Airport between 6am and 6pm daily.

      Add $50 one way night fee transfers for flights scheduled to arrive after 6pm.

    • Strollers, prams and wheelchairs are oversize items which are carried at no charge.

      Oversize are $20 each one way: golf bag, fishing gear, guitar, bike or bike bag, keyboard piano. Surfboards are only permitted on our private transfer service 6-13 pax or more.
    • Prams, wheelchairs and strollers are no charge, but please advise so we can allocate space.
    • Buy a weekly local Port Douglas shuttle pass now for UNLIMITED use and start using it as soon as you get to Port Douglas! SAVE 15% if you buy now compared to buying after arrival in Port Douglas. Local Port Douglas shuttle service runs 7am to midnight daily. Collect your pass from your driver at Cairns Airport. Valid all of Port Douglas up to Captain Cook Highway including IGA and Wildlife Habitat. For reference a single adult trip in Port Douglas costs $6-$7 one way. Child is 12 and under. Children 3 and under are free.
    • Child seats are available all transfers but are not compulsory on Queensland buses 13 seats and over.

      B = booster, FFR = front facing baby seat, RFR = rear facing baby seat. This ensures your seats are installed for your transfers. Passengers are welcome to bring their own child seat at no charge.

      More than two pick ups or drop offs? We can drop off or pick up from maximum two locations in Port Douglas. A extra pick up or drop off is $15.

      Public holiday? Please select yes here. We apply $20 per booking (flat rate per group) to pay our drivers a fair rate to work on Queensland gazetted public holidays.
    • One way private transfers 1-2 pax or 3-5 pax from Port Douglas to Cairns Airport require us to move a private transfer driver and your selected vehicle to Port Douglas. Thank you for your understanding.
