Dear Open Doors Property Management Tenants,

Maintenance will not be setting up any appointment times for work orders
that you submit. We will TRY to complete all work orders with 48-business
hrs. This is not a guarantee but we will try to adhere to this as close as
possible.

Maintenance personnel will call the number provided when they are on the way
to you as a courtesy. If you are there, that is great but they will still
enter and perform whatever work is requested.
If for some reason they are not able to get in, there will be a $75.00 trip
charge added to your account. No further work orders will be completed until
the charge is paid off.

The reason for this change in procedure is due to the fact that there have
been a lot of instances recently with people not keeping set appointment
times and it is costing us time and money for every trip.
