Exhibitor Application- She Deserves events

Miller Promotions is managing and promoting the event that you are interested, which is a fundraising event for She Deserves.

She Deserves is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides supportive business development programs to survivors of domestic abuse to empower women with the tools for economic independence and healing.

Your event participation fee will be applied to the expenses of organizing this event. All sales from your booth are dedicated to you. We do not require a prize donations for our fundraising raffle. But we do appreciate the support if you have an interest in providing something for the raffle, which you can indicate on this form. Please bring the item to the event. We will provide additional marketing exposure for each business that donates a prize to help with our fundraising efforts.

April 2022 - Crow and Browse Festival - Alameda Park , Butler, Pa.
All vendors are responsible for staking or weighing down their own tent
properly! A vendor is subject to a $50 charge if the event staff must secure your
tent. Secured means it can’t fly up and move. Vendors will be held responsible
for any damages by tents not properly secured.
Acceptance procedure: All exhibitors that have been accepted will be listed on our website www.FoodTruckFestival.info

All spaces are 1st come 1st served.
A completed application with payment will secure the space. Miller Promotions cannot hold spaces. Miller Promotions is marketing and managing the event that you are interested in participating. All direct sales, and vendors that are not craft and art will be highlighted as local small businesses vendors. Only vendors not accepted will be contacted.

Set up info: Set up time is 2 hours prior to the start of the event. Each exhibitor is responsible for his or her own space set up. All exhibitors must be equipped with their own dolly.

Tear down info: Tear down time is 2 hours after the event ends. Any vendor packing up early will be banned from future events by Miller Promotions

Important vendor details: 8’ space is large enough for your 8’ table. No shelfs or racks will be permitted next to or behind your booth (it should be within your booth space). Vendors
cannot use any space other than what is rented. If a vendor needs more space, then they must rent additional space. The space will be measured and enforced.

Vendor using a 10x10 booth must set up in a “U” shape display at the Food Trucking to the Cove. Your booth will offer a 10’ frontage only. Customer cannot shop the back or sides of your booth. All other events offer space for customers to shop from the sides of your
booth. Overnight security will be staying next to the vendor booths, Friday night at the Pittsburgh Foodie Festival.

Vendors must have: Table covering for their table. Exhibitors renting spaces with electric will need an extension cord and a power surge cord if the exhibitor has a need for multiple plugs. The space does not include a table or chairs.

A vendor may rent a table for $15 and cloth for $10

This application serves as a contract for exhibiting at the scheduled Food Truck Festival you have listed. Upon acceptance, vendors
in the event will be held to the rules and guidelines listed in this contract. Please read carefully and retain a copy of the
application/contract and conditions of the show for your record.
REFUNDS: Registrations is a commitment to the show. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Once your application has been received, no refunds will be honored. This also applies to no shows, late arrivals to the show, illness, family circumstances, and any type of request for refund. Spaces can be resold with the approval of the show promoter. A $45 NSF fee will be charged for each check returned. All cancelled checks will be filed with the magistrate
Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance and should provide proof of insurance. Failure to secure
insurance will make the exhibitor liable for any claims or suits held against them by the customer or people
attending the event. Exhibitor accepts this liability when participating in this show.

RELEASE and ACCEPTANCE
General Release and Acceptance of Rules - This contract is for the Food Truck Festivals to which exhibitor applies or is accepted.

I, the applicant, have read the “Rules of the Show” of this licensing application/contract and agree to abide by said conditions. In addition, I, the applicant, do expressly release the staff and owners of the Martinsburg Food Festival, Food Tuckin to The Cove Morrison Cove Park, Chow and Browse Alameda Park, Pittsburgh Foodie Festival Pittsburgh Mills Parking Lot, Next to JCPenny's, Battle of the Burgers and Bands Shenango Community Park and Miller Promotions, the mall or it’s agents, of and from any and all liability for any damage, injury or loss to any person, business or property which may arise from the licensing and occupation of the exhibit space by the applicant, and agree to hold and save Miller Promotions harmless of any damage, injury or loss by reason thereof. I understand that if this application/contract is not accepted, booth fees will be returned. If this application/contract is accepted, I give permission to use my name, business name, photos, item prices, and any photographs, videotape, or images taken of me or any items for any and all purposes. If accepted, I authorize my credit card listed above to be charged all fees.
