2019-20 Charlottesville Waldorf School Parent-Child Program

Please complete and submit this form with the class fee at least one week prior to the session start in order to secure a place in the class. Classes are filled on a first come basis. Classes are held from 9:00 -11:00 AM.

The cost of each 9-week session is $195.

You may mail a check for the class fee to our Business Manager. Please put "Parent-Child" in the memo line.

You can also drop your check at the CWS Main Office. You will receive confirmation of registration by email once payment is received.

MAKE-UP CLASSES
Due to limited enrollment, missed classes cannot be made up on different days. Classes cancelled by the teacher will be made up during the OFF week between sessions if necessary.
