PURPOSE OF THIS CONSULTATION
This online form helps us assess your hair's condition, history, and goals to ensure a successful Japanese Hair Straightening service and schedule the best service for you.

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT
1. Complete the Form: Fill out and submit the JHST - Japanese Hair Straightening consultation form.

2. Review Process: Ms. CeCe (Stylist) will review your form and offer personalized recommendations based on your hair's condition. Additional details may be requested as needed.

3. Response: Expect an email response within 72 business hours. Our appointment coordinator, Joy, is available Tuesday to Saturday, 8 AM to 4 PM. You'll receive a confirmed appointment quote and summary regarding your hair's suitability.

4. Confirm Your Appointment: Review the personalized quote and respond with your preferred dates via email or text to our Client Service Coordinator.

5. Secure Your Booking: Submit payment for your selected JHST - Japanese Hair Straightening service or choose a payment plan option to finalize your appointment.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- You may be placed on a waitlist with an estimated wait time of 1-4 weeks.
- A response is required within 72 hours (3 days) to schedule your appointment. Failure to respond will forfeit the booking.

- We will take non-identifiable photos/videos for social media to showcase our services.

    How to measure: Use a flexible measuring tape. Place it at the back of your head below the cranial bone, secure with a clip, and stretch your hair along the tape to measure its full length.

    We can safely straighten slightly highlighted or balayage hair using a gentler formula.

    To reserve your JHST appointment, FULL PAYMENT or an APPROVED PAYMENT PLAN is required. All JHST reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Extended Services:
    If your service is expected to take 4 hours or more, an APPROVED PAYMENT PLAN or FULL PAYMENT must be completed to secure your reservation.

    We offer several flexible payment options. Our payment plan can also include your home-care products, allowing you to make manageable payments through our third-party providers.

    - Arrive with clean, dry hair. Avoid washing your hair the day of your appointment.
    - Do not use any heavy oils, gels, or styling products prior to your service.
    - Brush your hair thoroughly to remove tangles.
    - Wear comfortable clothing with an open neckline to protect your outfit.
    - Have your photos and consultation notes ready if requested.

    Following these tips helps your stylist achieve the best, long-lasting results.

  • JHST APPOINTMENT WAIT TIME & 72-HOUR POST-SERVICE CARE

    Your hair is still “setting” for the first 72 hours after JHST. Follow these steps:

    - Do not wash your hair for 72 hours.
    - Avoid moisture, steam, sweat, or creasing the hair.
    - If a section gets damp, blow-dry on medium heat and flat iron at 380–390°F until smooth.

    Exact wait time 72 HOURS will be confirmed by your stylist. After this period, JHST maintenance is easy and low-stress.

  • JHST CANCELLATION POLICY (strictly enforced):

    Cancellations, Modifications and/or Rescheduling must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time

  • JHST - JAP. HAIR STRAIGHTENING SPECIALTY APPOINTMENT LATE ARRIVALS POLICY:

    Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late and still able to be serviced will incur a $25 fee.
    Arrivals over 20 minutes late may require rescheduling.

    Note: This specialty service takes 2-4 hours, so timely arrival is essential.

    All Chemical and Specialty services are provided with an estimated total, and the final price may vary based on:

    - Actual hair length and density
    - Additional processing time
    - Product usage
    - Any add-on services needed

    Some services may require extra applications of color, perm, relaxer, keratin, or straightening solutions.

    We strive to give accurate estimates, and if your final total is lower than quoted, any overages can be applied toward future services or products.
