    - Your hair must be at least 4 inches long to receive this service.

    LENGTH IS DETERMINED BY THE NATURAL LENGTH OF HAIR WHEN THE HAIR IS STRETCHED OUT (ELONGATED).

    NOTE: Curly & Coily Textured hair grows big before it grows long.
    When the curly & coily textures are stretched out fully the true length of the hair is revealed.


    Please select the correct length as pricing will be adjusted based on actual length at the time of service.

  • JHST on Slightly Highlighted and Balayage hair

    We ARE ABLE to Permanently Straighten Slightly Highlighted/Balayage hair with a gentler formula.

    Keep in mind that for Slightly Highlighted/Balayage hair, we have a MANDATORY add on service called Hair Rebuilding Treatment.

    This service will strengthen the hair and replace the missing nutrients by protecting compromised areas of the hair. This helps the hair stay healthy during the Hair Straightening Process.

    Clients may require 3-5 Hair Rebuilding Sessions before a JHST service can be performed successfully.

  • Finished Style must remain straight for 3 full days. The hair cannot be curled.

  • JHST SCHEDULING

    Appointments for a JHST and an Anti-Curl service are currently available on Tuesdays and Thurs - Saturdays by availability.

    If you would like to schedule your JHST or Anti-Curl service on an alternative day a $100 convenience fee will be required.

    During your In-person JHST consultation your stylist will answer your JHST questions, measure your hair length and density. NOTE: This is NOT a JHST Hair Analysis appointment

    Note: The IN-PERSON JHST CONSULTATION fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The In-person JHST Consultation fee is NOT deducted from the total cost of the service.

  • IN-PERSON JHST HAIR ANALYSIS $75

    At a JHST In-person Hair Analysis appointment we perform a Clarifying shampoo, Hair Length, Density, Elasticity, and Knot test throughout your hair to accurately assess both your eligibility and the correct formula to use for your specific hair type. Blow Drying and Styling is NOT included in this service.

    Note: The JHST Hair Analysis fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The JHST Hair Analysis fee is NOT deducted from the total cost of the JHST service.

  • REQUIRED SPECIALTY SERVICE DEPOSIT

    A $175 non-refundable deposit is required upon scheduling a JHST or ANTI-FRIZZ appointment to hold your appointment slot.

    The JHST or ANTI-FRIZZ service is considered a Specialty Appointments and a non-refundable deposit is required to hold an appointment slot. The deposit will go towards your final bill.

  • JHST SHAMPOO & KNOT TEST

    Shampoo & Knot Test to determine the following:

    - The hairs' health
    - Formula Strength to use
    - Formula processing time.

    If the test reveals the HAIR IS NOT healthy enough we WILL NOT proceed with the service and all remaining balances are due.

  • OPTION #1 - SHAMPOO & KNOT TEST

    A Shampoo & Knot Test is required THE DAY OF your JHST service at NO additional cost.



  • OPTION #2 - SHAMPOO & KNOT TEST

    PRE-SHAMPOO & KNOT TEST [$75] | HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

    We will perform a Shampoo & Knot Test 7-14 Days to assess and pre-screen your hair before your Japanese Hair Straightening service in order to determine which formula strength to use and how to customize them based on the hairs' health.

    This is a Shampoo & Knot Test Only appointment scheduled for 75 minutes.

    Blow-Dry and/or Styling is NOT included for this service. Drying under a hooded dryer is optional for the duration of the 75 minute appointment time.

  • CANCELLATION NOTICE

    We require a 48-hour cancellation notice for all Specialty service appointments with (1) courtesy reschedule modification.

    It is the clients responsibility to cancel or reschedule their appointment 48 hours prior to the service date.

  • JHST SPECIALTY APPOINTMENT LATE ARRIVALS:

    Please arrive on time for your JHST appointment. There is a 15- minute grace period for clients who may be running late. A $50 Late fee must be paid in addition to service cost in order to start the JHST service after the grace period.

    If you will be more than 15 minutes past your reserved time we ask that you kindly reschedule.

    JHST appointments are AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED after 16 minutes. The deposit will serve as the cancellation fee.

    NOTE: A JHST is a lengthy Specialty service, and we block out 5-6 hours for this service. Please prepare for traffic delays in advance.

  • WHAT'S NEXT?:

    After reviewing your JHST or ANTI-FRIZZ Consultation and the photos, we will send you a quote VIA EMAIL and be able to answer your questions and/or concerns on a more personal level.
  • I have disclosed all chemical services and treatments including (examples listed below).
    I understand that all color and chemicals are not created equal. Certain and non-professional hair color and chemicals can react in unexplainable ways. Therefore, a Shampoo & Knot Pre-Test will be performed the Day of Service.
    I understand that if the Shampoo & Knot Test reveals my hair is not healthy for this service, the stylist will NOT proceed.
    I understand that a PRE-SHAMPOO & KNOT TEST is recommended 7-14 days before my JHST service.
    I understand this is an Online Consultation for a Japanese Hair Straightening appointment request
    I understand this service is a 3-6 hour appointment.
    I understand length pricing is based on the hair being elongated and can changed based on the stylist assessment at the time of service.
    I understand that pricing on services rendered can and will be adjusted based on actual Length, Density (thickness) and product usage at checkout.
    I understand that there is an upcharge for Extra Bowls of Solution need to complete the service.
    I understand I have 2 payment options -OPTION #1 BUY NOW , PAY LATER option is a 3rd party vendor (Sezzle or ShopPay) -OPTION #2 DEPOSIT - The deposit is held as a credit towards your Hair Straightening service and deducted from the final bill.
    I will not hold my stylist or Endless Creations Salon accountable for any weakening or damage that occurs during this process if I fail to disclose the above fore mentioned services have not been disclosed.
    I understand that by signing this agreement that all Salon Services and deposits are non-refundable.
    I understand that if I fail to follow proper care and instruction, including professionally recommended products to care for the integrity of my hair after a chemical service, I will not hold Endless Creations Salon accountable.
