Restoration Worship Reservation Form

As we prepare to fully reopen, we appreciate you taking the time to help us plan for our Sunday gatherings. To abide by the state's six feet distancing regulations, we are having to limit seating in our services. To guard against any possible spread of germs, the 8:30 service will be reserved for those 12 years old or older. The 11:00 service will offer some activities for children within the service. There will be no regular children’s programming or nursery for either service. We ask that you stay at home if you are feeling sick.

You are welcome to sign up for any and all services, but you will need to fill out a separate form to do so.

For 11:00am service only. No regular children's church or nursery is currently offered, but a children's activity will be provided.
Optional - Volunteer Services
We want to make sure we are ready to offer a welcoming and safe environment for those who will come during our reopening. If you would like to help, check all that you would be willing to do and we'll be in touch with you. Of course, this is completely optional.
Greeter - Offer a smile and a social-distanced greeting. Handle the door and sanitize the handles and stair railings as necessary. Indoor and outdoor greeters welcomed. Arrive 30 minutes before worship service start time.
Sanitize Bathroom - We'll only use the bathroom behind the sanctuary. Keep an eye on the bathroom and clean after each use before, during and after the service. We'll provide the gloves and sanitary wipes. Arrive 30 minutes before service start time.
Sanitize Between Worship Services - Handles, light switches, whatever might have been touched. Lysol it all. Immediately following the 8:30 service.

While we cannot guarantee this reservation, we will do everything we can to ensure a spot for you and your family in one of our services. We will be in touch with you only if all reservations for your desired time are already taken.
