The Holistic Hub Wellbeing Fest takes place Sunday, Nov. 13th, at the Biltwell Event Center, 950 S White River Pkwy W Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46221
Event Time is 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The day will start with our Keynote at 11:00 a.m. and vendor village will open immediately following. All vendor set-up must be completed by 10:30 a.m. and further specifics on set-up will be shared closer to event date. Please plan the whole morning for arrival and set-up that day.
** As a vendor we require your presence for the duration of the event. Set-up details for day of event will be sent closer to event.
** MLM/DIRECT SALES/PRODUCTS **

** FOOD VENDORS **
If you are selling food you must comply with the Marion Co. Public Health Dept. No home based businesses permitted. More details below in the application.
** All vendors go through a review process.
If you are not approved for any reason, you will be contacted and fees refunded. Upon Approval: Vendor fees are non-refundable

Food vendors who plan to offer food or beverages for sale or sampling and conduct on site food preparation at Wellbeing Fest will need to obtain a temporary retail food establishment license and adhere to the temporary event guidelines and can find details online at >> http://marionhealth.org/programs/environmental-health/food-and-consumer-safety-2/.

If a Food Vendor, what items will you be offering?
We will provide you 1 6-foot table and 2 chairs, unless you desire to bring your own set-up.
NEW this year is the option to upgrade to a handmade wooden farm table (7x3), choose the below option for the $20 add-on for the Farm Table.
**NOTE: this is not an option for Food Vendors. We will discuss set-up with you separately.

What to bring & Agreements:
Please bring tablecloth and professional set-up, such as signs, literature, handouts, business cards, table decor, wellness products, promotional items. Please consider something interactive such as mini-sessions, prize drawings, wellness game or activity.
You are permitted to sell products and services at event. You are solely responsible for transactions and securing signed waivers for services rendered (free or paid).
Marketing Teamwork! Vendors shall make a conscious effort to promote the event via their marketing channels such as newsletters, social media, handing out marketing materials, and personal invites.
