BayLake Regional Tournament Volunteer Sign Up
Since this is a new venue for the BayLake Regional tournament, we are asking Algoma parents and students for help to make sure participants have a positive experience at our school.
The BayLake Regional DI tournament takes place at AHS on Saturday, February 29, 2020 with a weather date of Sunday, March 1.
We want to be sure everyone knows where all the Challenge rooms are, specifically where the Prep Area is for each team, and where the audience entrance is for each room.
Please choose the area(s) where you wish to lend your talents and time as well as your preferred time slots. First come, first served. Feel free to sign up for more than one time slot.
Volunteers are offered a meal!

Prop Drop-Off Area Monitor
Tasks: This monitor will be located inside the white hall back by the Tech Ed area directing teams where to drive up and drop off props, then leading them to the gym. Will require keeping an eye on out the window of the door on occasion peeking out to direct vehicles where to drive up for prop drop off and then out to the parking lot.

Hall Monitor or Challenge Room Monitor
Tasks: Hall Monitor: Direct teams to room locations, team prep areas and audience entrances to Challenge Rooms, monitor areas with restricted access.
Challenge Room Monitor: Guide entry and exit of Challenge Rooms, keep door closed and spectators out while team presentations are going on.
Will be placed wherever needed
