SATURDAY SET-UP: 7:30-9 AM

SHOW HOURS: Saturday 9 AM - 3 PM; Sunday 9 AM - 3 PM (must be out of the hall by 5 PM).

*In addition to the below vendor fees, the club requests vendor donates an item for the club raffle. Coupons redeemable for merchandise are acceptable.

*Vendors must confine themselves to their assigned space. No relocations or set-up during show hours permitted. No loading or unloading will be allowed during the scheduled show hours.

*Vendors are solely responsible for payment of any required sales taxes.

*Vendors must be self-insured against breakage, lost or stolen items. Showhall will be secured Friday & Saturday nights.

*Electricity is included with space at no cost, but you must bring your own extension cord(s) to use.

*Tables are NOT draped. Vendors must bring their own coverings.

*Outside food is NOT allowed in the hall. Coffee & donuts will be available for purchase each morning. Pre-sale lunch tickets are being sold.
*Parking is $2/day in the lot south of the hall.

*In the case of an NSF check, you will be charged a $45 fee.

*No refunds for failure to attend/vend.

*SPACE SIZE IS APPROXIMATE.

*$25 discount for vendors who donate a new item (of $25 value or more) for the raffle table OR $25 discount if entering a cat in the show. Please note either of these in the notes section below.
