We have developed an opportunity for those who show great skill in locating both motivated sellers as well as distressed properties. By generating strong leads (profitable investment deals), we will offer contractors a small percentage of our profits (known as a commission) (unless it's houses listed through our brokerage) .

In order to be eligible to receive a commission, the deal must go through successfully at the time of closing.
