The Twin Cities Swiss American Association (TCSAA) is importing and selling Swiss cheese to its members as well as to Buhler, Inc. employees. For anyone not affiliated with Buhler, a current, paid 2026-27 TCSAA membership is required to participate. Please refer to www.tcsaa.us for membership forms and payment details (yearly membership is $25 for families, $20 for singles and retired couples).

Thanks to changes in import tariffs, we will offer the cheese at a lower price than last year!

Emmentaler - $12.50/lb - Block size about 14 lbs
Gruyère - $14.50/lb - Block size about 5 lbs
Raclette “EMMI” - $14.00/lb - Wheel size about 11 –12 lbs
Appenzeller - $16.00/lb - Wheel size about 15 lbs
Tête de Moine - $16.50/lb - Block size about 2 lbs
Gouda / Cave Aged Gouda - $11.50/lb - Wheel size about 9 lbs
Alpine Style «Le Crémeux » (Kaltbach) - $14.00/lb - Wheel size about 9 lbs


NOTE:
The cheese will be delivered to Buhler Inc. Shipping and handling is included in the above price. Each participant will have to pick up their own order.
To order, please complete the form below and return it to the address listed. The order must be received by September 25th, 2026.

• Payment by check, cash, credit card at pickup or invoice via email.
• We will accept orders of ¼, ½, ¾, or whole blocks or wheels (except Tête de Moine)
• Pick up at Buhler, Inc. in the ML Lunch Room after 4 pm on the day to be confirmed by email
• A current email address is required to place an order.

Cheese Pickup:

Pickup will be at Buhler Inc., 13105 12th Ave. Plymouth, MN 55441.
We aim for a pickup date in late October, but it will depend on when Emmi can deliver. We will let you know when we have a firm date.

Time: TCSAA: between 4 and 6 pm, Buhler Employees: from 3 pm. We will email you to confirm the date.

If you can’t make it on that day, please have someone else pick it up for you.

Note: if you submit your order online or by email, make sure you receive a confirmation from Pius. Unless you have a confirmation, your order has not been processed.
