Your quote will include:

*Personalized travel quote for RESORT only.
Pricing and availability are specific to the exact moment that they were given; regarding the number of travelers sharing accommodations, dates of travel, and date of booking.

*Accommodations - indicate the room category you prefer. Options may be limited due to availability.

*Travel Insurance - You will be sent an insurance policy quote on the day you book your AIR. It will be from Allianz. Insurance is required to participate in this trip.

*Round-trip Airfare will NOT BE INCLUDED in the pricing. Options for air will be given and you must self-book your air. IMPORTANT - You will send your total air cost to Traveling Person on the day the air is booked so your insurance covers both your land and air.

*Transportation will NOT BE INCLUDED in the pricing. The island is small and taxis are available.

*Optional Excursions & Custom Itinerary Planning (after the accommodations are booked)

After Booking is Complete & Time of Travel
Clients will receive:
*Personal assistance before, during (24/7) and after travel with components that were booked by Traveling Person
*Access to your Client Portal where you can view all of your reservations and communicate with your advisor
*Traveling Person promotional items
*Access to private Facebook group with travel updates specific to this trip
*Printed and e-copy travel documents, as requested

VOLUNTARY CHANGES: once your trip is booked, $50 per request paid to Traveling Person on top of any fees required to the travel supplier for the new change (add a person, drop a person, change room, etc.)

CANCELLATION: once your trip is booked, each reservation that you choose to cancel is $50 per person paid to Traveling Person on top of any fees required to the travel supplier for the cancellation. If the travel supplier has a cancellation, $25 per person will be paid to Traveling Person.

AIR: once your trip is booked and you have committed to an air itinerary, it is the client's responsibility to monitor flights and sign up for notifications with their airline. All clients will book their own air and manage all flight needs directly with the airlines.

GOOGLE FLIGHTS is used to gauge higher vs lower air prices … to get a ballpark of what is more/less expensive and what is available (The prices that you see on google flights are not likely going to be the prices that I have, mine are almost always lower but it is a good way to see what is more/less expensive)

Air Purchase Tips:
- BOOK YOUR AIR DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE AND NOT ON A SITE/APP LIKE HOPPER/EXPEDIA ETC.
- DO NOT BOOK BASIC ECONOMY FARES.
- ON YOUR RETURN TO THE US - IF YOU HAVE A CONNECTING FLIGHT TO GET TO YOUR FINAL DESTINATION YOU WILL NEED 2+HRS TO CLEAR CUSTOMS/IMMIGRATION/TSA SECURITY AND REACH YOUR NEXT FLIGHT.
