Transport Booking Form
Please submit the below booking form at least 5 days in advance of the first day of hire. Student Activities will then be in touch to; confirm details, request more information, or discuss any problems.

If this form is not completed, you will not be guaranteed transport, as those who have will be prioritised.

Please be aware that minibuses are allocated based on need, so priority is given to those clubs/societies travelling further afield. Those travelling within London are expected to travel by public transport

    If using for a Wednesday fixture, please put end hire date as the Wednesday.
    If using for a weekend fixture, please do hire from Friday to Sunday.

  • You must provide the names of everyone who is likely to drive the vehicle.
  • Drivers can create a licence ‘check code’, which lasts 21 days, to share their driving record with us here: https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence.

    If you are not able to provide a code due to being an international driver, just put 'N/A international driver'.

    Please check the condition of your minibus at commencement of the hire and complete the Minibus Collection Form.

    You must place your booking at least 5 working days in advance to ensure that your requirements can be met.

    If you wish to cancel the hire you must inform Student Activities 48 hours before the hire - failure to do so may result in a the hire still being charged.
