Submission Guidelines:
• Members may enter up to 3 original pieces, with no copyright infringements; Fine Art in any medium, 3-D sculpture and photography.
• Original work that has not been exhibited within 3 years in other AGPI shows will be accepted, including resizing or production of the work on a different substrate.
• All entries must be the artist’s own work, even if created as part of a workshop or art class will be accepted.
• All AGPI show guidelines apply, including no nudes, controversial political statements, or offensive subjects.
• Size –The chairperson must approve extra-large canvases.
• Untitled work or wet work will not be accepted.
• Taught, pulled-tight, wired-back hangings for paintings are required. It is understood that any artwork submitted with Pivot Hook/Sawtooth/Keyhole hanging systems will be subject to individual evaluation by the museum installation manager for compatibility and not accepted if there are any public safety concerns. Hanging artwork must not weigh more than 10 lbs.
• The selection committee/host facility reserves the right to select/remove, or replace any artwork during the exhibit for any reason whatsoever.
