Set-Up/Arrival Time
Wings provided by American Bank Center can be picked up on Tuesday, July 25 from 9am-4pm at the American Bank Center. Wings will need to be prepared by your organization off-site. Booth set-up is Saturday, July 29 from 10am-1pm. Booths MUST be set and ready NO LATER THAN 1:30PM Saturday July 29. Judging will begin at 1:30pm.

  • *If not requested in advance, no power will be provided on the day of the event.

  • Upload a logo for us to promote your business.
  • All participating vendors must provide a credit card number to hold their booth reservation and wings. In the event a vendor fails to show up for the event or to pick up wings on designated day, the credit card will be charged $950.00 to cover the cost of the wings. The credit card will NOT be charged otherwise.

  • Please upload a photo of your Food Handler's Permit. A permit is required to submit this form.
  • REMINDER: Your establishment will need to provide sternos, chafing dishes, & booth signage.
    We encourage your establishment to also bring branded napkins and decorations, or any extras you wish.
