AFLV Call for Programs 2027
Welcome to the 2027 AFLV Call for Programs! Thank you for your interest in contributing to the educational experience at AFLV Central, including the National Black Greek Leadership Conference (NBGLC), and AFLV West, including the National Cultural Greek Leadership Conference (NCGLC). Your ideas help shape the conversations that can elevate the undergraduate fraternity and sorority experience.

Each year, we receive more outstanding proposals than we can accept. While we appreciate every submission, we are unfortunately unable to provide individual feedback on proposals that are not selected.

Before submitting, please review our Call for Programs FAQ for proposal tips, selection criteria, and AFLV's educational content priorities.

Please follow all instructions throughout this form. If selected, AFLV may edit session titles and descriptions for clarity, consistency, and formatting.

All submissions must be received by Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
  • Session Submission

  • Limited to 70 characters
  • Write in future tense using second person ("you"). Preview the content and intended learning outcomes. Emphasize application over promotion. Limit: 80 words.
  • Outcome 1
    Outcome 2
Learning outcomes describe what attendees will know or be able to do after participating in your session. Think about what they will be able to apply, demonstrate, or take back to their fraternity, sorority, council, or campus community.

If your session has only one learning outcome, enter N/A in the remaining field(s).
  • Make the case for why this topic matters. Describe the challenge, opportunity, or need your session addresses and why it is relevant to today's fraternity and sorority students and professionals.
  • Because health and safety education has significant implications for students and communities, we ask presenters to identify the research, public health best practices, or evidence-informed frameworks that support their session.
  • Please select all that apply.
  • Audio recordings may be transcribed and analyzed using tools to identify educational themes, ideas, and best practices discussed across the conference. Educational resources may synthesize ideas from multiple sessions and may not be attributed directly to individual presenters.
  • Session Categories

  • Choose the topic area that best reflects the primary focus of your session.
  • If you checked every box, please return to the previous question and select "All Professionals" instead.
