This Agreement is between the applicant (Agent) and Prime Property Brokers LLC (Broker).

Agent holds a current Real Estate license and will remain in compliance with all current laws, rules and regulations as they apply to licensed Real Estate Agents in the State of Florida.

Agent will not be employed by the Broker and will work in the capacity of an Independent Contractor.

The are no Joining, or recurring fees applicable at the time of transfer. The Agent will receive 90% of referral commissions at successful closing, the remaining 10% is due to the Broker.
