Please complete this form to register for the Color Fun Run. This form must be completed by an adult (18+) even if they are not participating. You can list those who will be participating and their ages in the Participant Names box below.

You must complete and submit the participant liability waiver and media release before you will be allowed to participate in the event. The links to those forms can be found on the same page you used to click this link.

You must also submit payment before being allowed to participate. Registration is $20 for each participant. You can pay online via PayPal (link provided on the page you used to click this link), or pay with cash by stopping in the Crime Victims' Center office (6 Oliver Rd, Oliver Square Plaza, Uniontown) prior to the event or the day of the event.
