2023 APPLICATION FORM

Information regarding our 2023 application process:
FEES:
Session fees are:

$73.50 per 5 hour session and
$88.00 per 6 hour session

from Term 1 2023 for all term bookings.

(Please note that if you are not looking to commence now, and would like to commence at a later date please complete our WAITING LIST Form instead).

Up to 5 days of care per week can be provided per child.

Our Sessions operate from
9.00am - 2.00pm - Monday, Wednesday and Friday
9.00am - 3.00pm - Tuesday and Thursday .

Our terms run in accordance with Victorian school terms and we are closed during all school holiday periods.

All fees are due in advance for the term ahead prior to commencement of any sessions.

FEES POLICY

APPLICATION PROCESS: Please complete the following application form without delay in order to secure a place on your preferred day/s. You will be notified as soon as possible of acceptance based on availability.

IMMUNISATION: Please note that all children must be fully immunised for their age. Proof of Immunisation from the Australian Immunisation Register will be required to confirm enrolment.
APPLICATION FEE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

$147.00 each 5 hour session selected or
$176.00 each 6 hour session selected

is payable when submitting an application for your child for 2023

• This application fee will be deducted from your term fee invoice

• THIS APPLICATION FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE, unless we are unable to offer you a place on day or days requested.

• Applications will be accepted, and enrolments made, in order of date form AND payment are received.

PLEASE NOTE: No enrolment will be processed until the application fee has been paid.
