The Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce is proud to be organizing our first Swap Meet season! We thank you for your interest in participating in this year’s event and we look forward to working with you. The Market will be held every Saturday from June 5 through September. 10am to 2pm.

  • Each vendor is responsible for keeping their space clean and in order. Each vendor is responsible for taking their own garbage out with them, providing hand sanitizer in your booth, complying with current Covid rules, making sure the ground is completely cleaned up and nothing left behind.

    Load in rules: No one may set up before 8am. Space will be allotted by the market manager.

    Load out rules: Everything must be removed and the site completely cleaned and swept. All garbage must be taken home with you.
  • I certify that I am in compliance with all federal, state and municipal licensing requirements for my business. I agree to an inspection to verify the authenticity of my business if necessary. I agree to hold harmless and release the Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce, City of Sultan, and any agents thereof from any and all claims to property and person(s), loss, damage or theft which may arise out of, or occur to persons display or inventory while participating in the Sky Valley Swap Meet Market. I understand that the Market Manager has the right to refuse service and submittal of this application does not guarantee placement at the Sky Valley Swap Meet Market. I understand that vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax. I understand that sales are not guaranteed.
