Terms of Service for H2OScore

Welcome to H2OScore! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the H2OScore mobile application and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Overview
H2OScore allows users to scan water products to determine if we have associated water quality reports (“Water Reports”) for their review. Our goal is to provide insights based on available data, but the information we provide is for informational purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use H2OScore. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and agree to abide by these Terms.
3. Use of the Service
3.1 Account Creation
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure.
3.2 Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or unauthorized material.
• Misrepresent or misuse the Service in any way.
4. Water Reports
4.1 Accuracy of Water Reports
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of Water Reports. The information provided is based on available data and may not reflect the most current research or updates.
4.2 No Health Advice
H2OScore does not provide medical, health, or safety advice. The Water Reports are for informational purposes only. For concerns about water quality, please consult local authorities or a qualified professional.
5. User Content
5.1 Content You Provide
By submitting or uploading any content (e.g., scanned water products, comments, or reviews) through the Service, you grant H2OScore a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
5.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit content that:
• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Contains false or misleading information.
6. Privacy

7. Payment and Subscriptions
Certain features of H2OScore may require payment or a subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the associated pricing, billing, and renewal terms presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
