  • Main Reception - Open

  • Confirm your arrival to the Duty Manager by radio
    Turn the PE Beam off by double tapping your wristband on the scanner behind POS 1
    Set up EFTPOS, keyboards/mouse and iPads (Take up Level 1 EFTPOS)
    Turn on EFTPOS (Silver Button)
    Settle all tills in the facility and place slips in Customer Experience Coordinator's tray
    Place POS 1 perspex back up
    Confirm floats
    Turn on internal street & 3 lights
    Remove area closed signs
    Radio the DM, 5 minutes prior to opening, to get permission to open
    Unlock Aquatic entrance doors once you have received permission to open
    Turn on music in the Aquatics, Level 1 Admin and main reception areas
    Clean out EFTPOS machines, checking that receipt paper isn't blocked up
  • Unlock all cupboards & drawers at Reception
    Unlock forms drawer and cabinet
    Restock forms if required
    Restock Speedo if required
    Top up receipt rolls in front cupboards
    Ensure Level 1 and Aquatic lost property is stored in 'Today's' cupboard
    Level 1- settle second eftpos computer
  • Place 'Birthday Party' sign next to POS 1
    Remove 'Area Closed' signed from the Courts
    Check Aquatic Birthday Party room
  • Tear and sort new Aqua bands into box
    Remove the 'Area Closed' signs from Courts
    Wash lost property towels
    Check Reception first aid kit
    Check Aquatic Birthday Party Room
  • Main Reception - Close

  • Change the 'pass out' stamp colour
    Stock up Gym towels, aqua nappies
    Put speedo coat hangers in cupboards
    FRIDAY- Take lost property to plant room
    Empty all water in the bottles in lost property
    Clean finger marks off perspex
    Set up wristbands for the coming day
    Check for enough paper in the Group Fitness kiosk (don't change unless running low)
    Check all balls have been returned from stadium
    Tidy reception and wipe down the counter
    Count the floats and till off. Once complete leave the till draws open
    Place the takings from all tills in the 'Weekday Bag'
    Lock admin cabinet + drawers with the keys from the safe
    Make 1st Aquatics closing announcement (8.15pm weekdays or 5.45pm weekends)
    Make 2nd Aquatic closing announcement (8.30pm weekdays or 6.00pm weekends)
    Double tap both Aquatic area doors to lock them (8.45pm weekdays or 6.15pm weekends)
    Confirm that the Stadium air conditioner is turned off
    Ensure "Not Processed Payments" are manually cofirmed.
  • Till off final POS and email CS Supervisor if discrepancies are <$5
    Finalize banking
    Turn off both Air Conditioners at Reception
    Turn EFTPOS machines off
    Lock away EFTPOS machines and iPads x 2 (place on charge if needed)
    Place IPADS on charge out the back
    Lock away keyboards & computer mouses in the bottom drawers within Reception
    Lock all cupboards and drawers at main Reception
    Mute all sounds systems at 8.30pm
    Put out area closed signs (2 x Reception and 2 x Cafe)
    Radio DM to advise them that Reception is now unmanned
    Lock the radio away
    Remove the Perspex screen from POS 1(2 people required)
  • Put out area closed signs (2 x Court Entry)
  • Check mask stock- email stock on hand
  • Put out area closed signs (2 x Court Entry)
    Move 'prohibited items' sign to Admin office
    Switch 'Birthday Party' sign with 'Non-Service Area' sign
  • Level 1 - Open

    If the Gym Instructor doesn't arrive please radio the Duty Manager to turn on the lights and music. Call the rostered Gym Instructor and if you are unable to reach them call the Health Club Team Leader
  • Removed 'Area Closed' sign from FFC
    Unlock all cupboards & drawers
    Conduct a radio test
    Set up keyboard and mouse
    Open PG , emails, GymSales, MyWellness and our website
    Open and read emails and check the calendar
    Fill up prospect clipboards
    Take up Wellness and Stadium wristbands for the day
    Restock all forms
    Complete CSO daily tasks
    Saturday- Scan and email Freo Player visits to CS emails
  • Level 1 - Close

  • Check Prospect clipboards to ensure that all forms are present and in order
    Tidy and wipe down the counter
    Tidy and wipe down the benches and stools
    Finish emails & discard of any note on the bench from the shift
    Check locker FOBS, calling any that are missing. Let the Gym Instructor know if found in the gym
    Fill up bands & FOBS
    Clean finger marks off perspex
    Lost Property to be brought downstairs with you at the end of your shift to Main reception Lost Property storage.
    Fill receipt rolls if necessary
    Check Group Fitness receipt roll
    Till off second computer. Put away eftpos, keyboard and mouse
    Put away all keyboards & mouses in drawer 4
    Turn EFTPOS machines off
    Lock away the EFTPOS machines + radio in drawer 4
    Place IPAD/S on charge out the back
    Lock all drawers and cabinets (excluding 10 & 13)
    Till off & log out of PG (Please don't turn the computer off)
    Display 'Reception Unattended' signage
    Ensure all till drawers are open
    Take all forms, settlement slips & bands downstairs
    Place 'Area Closed' sign in FFC (use elevator)
