Tuition Payment Terms:
Because Grace Academy begins to incur expenses in June for teacher training, classroom books and resources, supplies, etc. for the upcoming school year, tuition is collected beginning in June to fund those expenses. The enrollment deposit is due prior to that time as teacher needs and contracts are finalized prior to the end of the current school year based on projected enrollment.
Non-refundable deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of total annual tuition is due at enrollment or re-enrollment in order to hold your student’s place in his/her class.
Tuition Payments: The balance of annual tuition is due in full by June 1 or it may be paid monthly for nine months beginning June 1 and ending February 1. Monthly payments may be paid by check mailed to P.O. Box 1212, Boone, NC 28607 or delivered to the school office. There will be a $25 late charge if your payment is not postmarked or delivered to the office by the 15th of the month. If payment is not made within 10 days following the due date, your student(s) may not be able to attend class until the tuition is paid.
Payment Commitment:
When you enroll at Grace Academy, you are enrolling for a full academic year and are making a financial commitment to pay tuition for the full year. After June 1, if you decide to withdraw your child from Grace Academy, you will be relieved of one half of your total annual tuition obligation if written notice is received by Grace Academy on or before September 30. Any balance due may be paid all at once when your student is withdrawn, or it may be paid monthly in accordance with the monthly payment plan outlined above. Any tuition amounts above ½ of the total annual amount already paid at the time of notice of withdrawal will be refunded to you.
I (we) have read and agree to comply with the Grace Academy Financial Agreement as long as we have students enrolled at the school.
