Stalls must be ready an hour before opening.
The stall fees listed above are in respect of payment no less than 4 days prior to market day.
Cancellation of a stall must be done 4 days prior to trading. If cancelled after that time a cancellation fee of 25% per day will be levied.
Event is rain or shine and there are no refunds.
No food or drink (beverages) stalls are allowed.
No booking will be confirmed without payment.
Monies will not be collected from traders at the enterance, all payments must be made prior to trading.
Tables, chairs, gazebo's etc. must be supplied by yourself for a full functional stall.
All traders must have their own bins to keep in their stall for themselves and their customers.
Stalls are only allowed to pack up after 9pm.
What Cannot Be Sold: No firearms, tobacco, combustibles, alcohol, or weapons of any kind. No fuel-based items, such as vehicles, lawn mowers, etc., may be sold inside. Also no provocative or suggestive items.
All traders/vendors trade at their own risk, neither the Voortrekker Monument or LEKKER FM 98.3 will be held accountable for any losses, theft or injuries.
