To request approval for any items you wish to distribute at your booth, please complete the Giveaway Request Form.
Please submit your completed form by December 1, 2025.
The following Exhibitor giveaway items are NOT permitted: tote bags, golf/tennis balls, stress balls, hats, t-shirts, music CDs, coupons for personal services such as massages and gift certificates mugs, watches and prescription and non-prescription drugs.
