  • *Missed classes may be made up at the discretion of the teacher.
    *HTAC does not pro rate classes.
    *Class times and dates may be adjusted as needed at the discretion of the teacher.

  • HTAC Payment Policy:

    Haddonfield Theater Arts Center’s policy is that a Credit Card MUST be on file for all students. Tuition will be taken on the first of every month. Cash, Check or Credit Card are all acceptable forms of payment, however if payment is not provided on the payment due date, the card on file will be charged.

    Tuition is due before the start of the first class of each session. Payments are non-refundable once session has begun.
  • Protected in vault Data collected via fields that have our security seal are encrypted and stored with the highest global security standard — PCI compliance. Your data is absolutely safe in Vault.

  • Authorization:

    * 1) I understand the payment policy of H.T.A.C.

    * 2) I release all members of the Haddonfield Theater Arts Center staff and any other party involved in the organization and administration of Haddonfield Theater Arts Center from any liability as a result of any injury or illness sustained in or around Haddonfield Theater Arts Center venue.

    *3)In consideration of myself partaking in this program, I so hereby discharge and release and forever hold harmless Haddonfield Theater Arts Center, LLC, their affiliates, employees and any facility at which events are held from any and all claims, actions, losses, damages, or expenses for personal or bodily injury (including death), and property lost or damage of whatever nature or cause, incurred by me (or my child) aries out of any conjunction with my (or my child's) participation in the aforementioned program. I hereby consent that I am of legal age and have read and understand the contents of this concent and release.

    *4) I consent to allow performance images of my child to be used for advertising purposes for before and after HTAC performances.

  • CODE OF CONDUCT

    *Actors are expected to be respectful to teachers, peers and staff and conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times.
    *Actors are expected to bring a positive energy and willingness to play during class.
    *When given material, actors are expected to be memorized by the requested date.
    *No cell phones or smart watches are permitted to be used during class.
    *If an actor is going to arrive late, or be picked up early – please notify HTAC before the start of class.

  • By checking this box I am stating that I have read and understand the code of conduct.

  • ENCORE LEVEL "Contract"

    *ALL ENCORE actors will attend the class because of their desire to continue to learn the craft of acting and to perform.

    *ALL ENCORE actors will come each week with something prepared to perform. (Monologue, Song, etc...)

    *The schedule below is the ENCORE schedule for the 25/26 year. Accepted Conflicts are School Related functions and Rehearsals. It is understood that any conflicts for any other reason will be made aware to HTAC as early as possible

    *During rehearsals, ENCORE actors will take staging notes and come to the next rehearsal with their staging memorized as well as their lines and music.
