The closing date for registrations for the 2025-26 Sacramental Programme was Saturday 20th September. Any late applications may be considered on an individual basis. Please fill in the details below if you would like us to consider enrolling your child for this year's programme, and we will get back to you. This form does NOT register your child for the programme - if we accept the late application, you will be sent a link to the full application form.
