Rental charges include time & mileage charges, optional coverage charges (Loss Damage Waiver, Rental Liability Insurance, Supplemental Liability Insurance, etc.), refueling charges, PlatePass toll charges (if accepted), parking and toll violation charges.

At the beginning of each rental, PV Rentals, LLC will obtain an authorization equal to your estimated rental charges plus 20%. When the rental agreement is closed out the actual charges will be billed to the card.
