Eligibility

To be eligible for a bursary for Congress 2022 registration, you must qualify as an Early Career Professional or a person with lived experience.

Early Career Professional Bursary: applicants must be working in the housing/homelessness sector and be 30 years of age or under at the time of application, or a full-time student of any age whose studies have a housing focus.

Lived Experience Bursary: Applicants may be currently or have been formerly homeless, OR the applicant currently works for an organization that works directly with people who are experiencing homelessness.

NOTE: We cannot guarantee that all who apply for the bursary will be approved. We will assess applications on a case-by-case basis and inform applicants of the status of their application promptly

1. Depending on the time of submission, individuals who are selected for a bursary may be contacted by email with a promo-code to register online for the CHRA 2022 Congress

2. Selection will be made on a first-come, first-serve and needs basis. Preference will also be given to those who have submitted a Call for Proposals for Congress 2022, and have been selected to speak.
