As a member, we ask that you share your talents by occasionally volunteering your time throughout the year. This is not a time-consuming commitment. It is simply an opportunity to give back to our artist community. As a volunteer, you can assist with a specific one-time project or ongoing small tasks.

Types of Volunteer Service Needed

Administrative Help - behind-the-scenes organization, computer work, hanging tags
Board of Directors - set policy/goals, facilitate smooth operations
Class Instructor - teach classes or workshops
Class Organization - find instructors, schedule and publicize classes
Fund Raising - help solicit needed funds to support the Arts Center
Gallery Docent/Greeter - monitor gallery during gallery hours & welcome guests
Gallery Organization - plan and hang shows
Gift Shop - help with sales & merchandizing, staff shop during events/receptions
Marketing & Outreach - get the word out thru social media, press releases, etc.
Membership - welcome new members to BRAC, organize new member activities
Offsite Art Coordination - help select and hang art in shops/venues around town
Property - Building Repairs & Maintenance
Property - Outside Lawn & Property Care
Reception Help - Donate food and help with set-up/clean-up
Special Event Help - Help set-up and/or clean-up for receptions/special events
