This online consultation helps ECS evaluate your hair's length, density, condition, texture, chemical history, desired curl result, and overall suitability for a Soft Curl Perm.

The information you provide allows Ms. CeCe to determine your preliminary service recommendation, service requirements, and estimated investment while prioritizing hair integrity and chemical-service safety.

Tuesday appointments are available by request and are subject to approval and availability.

SERVICE PRICING NOTICE
Final Soft Curl Perm pricing is customized according to hair length, density, rod size, wrapping technique, service complexity, and total product usage.

Higher density, longer hair, smaller rod selections, and more detailed wrapping patterns may require additional time, sectioning, technique, and product.

2. COMPLETE YOUR CONSULTATION FORM

3. PROFESSIONAL REVIEW
Once your completed consultation form and $45 consultation payment have been received and verified, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for Ms. CeCe to professionally review your consultation.

Additional information, photographs, strand testing, or an in-person assessment may be requested when necessary.

4. RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE & SERVICE SUMMARY PACKET
Once professional review is complete, you will receive your personalized Quote & Service Summary Packet with your preliminary service recommendation, estimated investment, payment requirements, available appointment option(s), preparation requirements, and next steps.

Our Client Service Coordinator, Joy, is available Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Arizona Time to assist with the scheduling and payment process.

5. RESPOND WITHIN 48 HOURS
If you would like to move forward with one of the appointment options provided, please respond by email or text within 48 hours of receiving your Quote & Service Summary Packet.

If a response is not received within 48 hours, the proposed appointment option(s) may be released and current availability will need to be reassessed.

    “Density is determined by measuring the circumference of your ponytail when all of your hair is gathered together.”

    Your measurement does not need to be exact. This gives us an initial understanding of your hair’s fullness and thickness.

    Hair density is one of the primary factors that determines your service time, product usage, and final pricing. This is why we measure density before confirming your service investment.

    Higher density hair requires significantly more time. In some cases, the winding process alone may take up to 2 hours — equivalent to completing a full service on lower-density hair.

    Existing Client Hold My Spot Deposit: Eligible existing clients may use the $85 Hold My Spot Deposit when applicable. The deposit is applied toward the approved Soft Curl Perm service total and is valid for 30 days from the date of payment.

    NEW CLIENTS + RETURNING CLIENTS PAST 6 MONTHS: New Clients and Returning Clients past 6 months must complete the payment pathway specified in their personalized Quote & Service Summary before an appointment can be confirmed.

    These clients are provided a 90-day consultation and service-payment window to financially prepare for and complete their approved Soft Curl Perm service.

    Please submit deposits, service payments, or payment arrangements only according to the instructions provided by ECS.

    Any remaining balance or approved payment arrangement must be completed according to the payment schedule and deadline provided in your Quote & Service Summary.

  • SOFT CURL PERM 90-DAY CONSULTATION + SERVICE-PAYMENT WINDOW

    For New Clients and Returning Clients Past 6 Months

    Your completed Soft Curl Perm consultation information is valid for 90 days from the date of professional review, provided there are no significant changes to your hair, scalp condition, chemical history, color, length, density, or service needs.

    This 90-day window gives you time to review your personalized Quote & Service Summary, select your preferred payment pathway, and financially prepare for your approved Soft Curl Perm service.

    Your approved Soft Curl Perm service must be paid for or placed under an approved payment arrangement and completed within the applicable 90-day window.

    If significant changes occur during this period, ECS may require updated information, photographs, additional questions, or reassessment before service approval or scheduling.

    IMPORTANT - EXISTING SOFT CURL PERM CLIENTS:
    The 90-day consultation and service-payment window above applies to New Clients and Returning Clients past 6 months.

    Eligible Existing Soft Curl Perm Clients seen within the past 6 months may use the $85 Hold My Spot Deposit. This deposit is valid for 30 days from the date of payment, and the appointment must be scheduled within the applicable 30-day deposit window.

    Standard Pricing Policy

    Final Soft Curl Perm pricing is based on hair length, density, rod size, wrapping technique, service complexity, and total product usage. More complex service needs may require additional time, sectioning, technique, and product to safely complete the service.

  • APPOINTMENT PREP

    Shampoo Timing: Please do not shampoo your hair within 3 days of your Soft Curl Perm appointment.

    - Minimal Product: Avoid heavy oils, butters, gels, edge controls, or excessive product buildup before your appointment.

    - Detangle: Hair should be thoroughly detangled and free of excessive knots, matting, braids, twists, extensions, or protective styles.

    - Avoid Scalp Irritation: Do not scratch, scrub, brush aggressively, or otherwise irritate your scalp before your chemical service.

    - Avoid Chemical Services: Do not color, relax, bleach, permanently straighten, or perform other chemical services immediately before your Soft Curl Perm unless specifically approved by Ms. CeCe.

    - Bring Inspiration Photos: Bring 2–3 photos showing your desired curl size, shape, and finished look.

    - Plan Accordingly: Soft Curl Perm appointments are extended chemical-service appointments.

  • SOFT CURL PERM DURATION AND LONGEVITY

    The duration of your Soft Curl Perm depends on the tightness of the curl and the overall health of your hair. Generally, a Soft Curl Perm will last between 2 to 3 months. Typically, the tighter the perm, the longer it will maintain its shape. Regular maintenance and proper hair care can help extend the life of your perm.

  • DAMAGED HAIR + HEAT PREPARATION

    If your hair is not suitable for a Soft Curl Perm, we recommend our Transition to Perm Service plan to strengthen and prepare your hair. Revitalize your hair with our Damaged Hair Rebuilding Treatment:

    - Allow your hair to heal with treatments, time, and trims.
    - HEAT PREPARATION: If you regularly use direct heat, please reduce or discontinue flat irons, curling irons, hot combs, and other high-heat styling tools for approximately 4-8 weeks before your Soft Curl Perm service, whenever possible.
    - Hair that is brittle, dry, shedding, or breaking should not be permed until treated with Hair Rebuilding Treatments.
    - Highly Recommended: Revitalize with our in-salon Damaged Hair Rebuilding Treatment, which restores strength and provides essential nutrients.

    We recommend 3-5 sessions at $120 per session.

    A Damaged Hair Repair Kit is also available for at-home use.

  • SOFT CURL PERM CANCELLATION SNAPSHOT

    WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
    Soft Curl Perm cancellations, modifications, and rescheduling requests must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

    Additional cancellation details and acknowledgment are located near the end of this consultation.

  • SOFT CURL PERM LATE ARRIVAL

    Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period for scheduled appointments.

    Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late who can still be accommodated may be subject to a $25 Late Arrival Fee.

    Excessive lateness may require appointment modification, abbreviated services, or rescheduling.

    A Soft Curl Perm is a detailed, multi-step service that requires precision, time, and customization.

    Soft Curl Perm appointments typically range from approximately 2½-4½ hours. Service time may extend beyond this range depending on hair length, density, condition, rod size, wrapping technique, desired curl result, and overall service complexity.

    Density & Time Awareness:
    Higher density hair requires significantly more time for proper sectioning and winding.

    For example:
    The winding process alone on high-density hair may take up to 2 hours, which is equivalent to completing an entire service on a lower-density client.

    SERVICE TIME REFERENCE
    Shorter-length, standard-density services may average approximately 2½ hours.

    Higher density, longer length, smaller rod sizes, detailed wrapping patterns, or more complex service needs may require additional time.

    Hair Health Requirement:
    Soft Curl Perm services cannot be safely performed on damaged, bleached, or compromised hair without prior preparation.

    Clients with compromised hair may require 3–5 Hair Rebuilding Treatment sessions before proceeding with a chemical service.

  • CLIENT TARDINESS & LATE START NOTICE

    All clients are granted a 10-minute grace period for scheduled appointments.

    After 15 minutes, ECS reserves the right to:

    • Charge a Late Start Fee
    • Modify or abbreviate services
    • Reschedule the appointment
    • Require a new deposit when applicable

    Working with textured, curly, coily, and specialty services can be highly customized and time-intensive. While we strive to remain on schedule, occasional delays may occur.

    There may be a wait of up to 15 minutes before your appointment begins.

    If ECS is running behind schedule, we will make every effort to notify you via text message approximately 30–60 minutes prior to your appointment, when possible.

    If your appointment begins more than 15 minutes late due to ECS scheduling delays, service compensation may be offered at stylist discretion.

    Compensation options may include:

    • Service discount ($10–$30)
    • Complimentary add-on service
    • Credit toward a current or future appointment
