    Appointments for a Soft Curl Perm services are currently available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

    If you would like to schedule your Soft Curl Perm service on an alternative day and/or time a $75 convenience fee is required.

    You can REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT. Use the comments box below to specify the

    You must reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. NOTE: THE DEPOSIT IS STILL NON-REFUNDABLE.

    If you cancel 48 hours before your initial appointment, you may transfer your Deposit ONE
    TIME towards a new date within the next 14 days based on our availability.

    If you are unable to come in within the 14 days, you will forfeit your deposit and another deposit will be required for a new booking.

    The purpose of this Consultation is to make your Soft Curl Permanent Wave service as successful as possible.

    We are looking for length, condition, texture and previous chemicals in the hair. Be as honest and thorough as possible to prevent any adverse reactions to this chemical service.

  • SOFT CURL DEPOSIT - If you choose to use any of the payment plan options a DEPOSIT IS NOT REQUIRED!!!

    The Soft Curl Permanent Wave service is considered a Specialty Appointments and a $65 - $85 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to hold an appointment slot. The deposit will go towards your final bill.

    Final payment is due UPON ARRIVAL the day of your Permanent Wave appointment.

    WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
    Cancellations, Modifications and/or Rescheduling must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time

  • SOFT CURL PERM LATE ARRIVAL

    LATE ARRIVAL
    Any client who is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment AND will are still able to service you WILL BE charged a $25.00 additional fee.

    If you are more than 20 minutes late this could result in having to reschedule.

    NOTE: This is a lengthy Specialty service, and we block out 3-4 hours for this service

    DAY OF SOFT CURL APPOINTMENT

    - Be prepared! Have a few realistic options for your hair goal.
    - DO NOT SHAMPOO THE HAIR 3 DAYS BEFORE A SOFT CURL PERMANENT WAVE SERVICE. Hair should not be excessively dirty, sweaty or oily.

    1. Arrive with your hair blown out and/or in a stretched style. Not coming with stretched hair will result in a higher quote and/or possibly cancellation.

    2. We recommend washing, conditioning, detangling, applying a light product and either twisting, loosely braiding, or blow drying and wrapping your hair.

    3. Ensure your hair is as tangle and snarl-free as possible.

    Arrive with MINIMAL TO no products on your hair before your appointment.
    - Ensure your hair is Detangled (Comb-able from Root to Ends)
    - If you have split ends or it has been more than 4 months since your last trim. We highly recommend a Cut or Trim.

    It is best to trim your hair along with your Soft Curl Permanent Wave service to ensure bouncy defined curl definition.

    - Do not wear your favorite piece of clothing
    and/or jewelry!

    - Pack a snack! ECS provides beverages and light snacks. Soft Curl Permanent Wave appointments can last 2-5ish hours.

    - Factor in at-home hair care to your salon visit budget. We do our part to make your hair looks amazing, however as soon as a client walks out the door it is the client's responsibility to maintain their investment!

    Salon quality Shampoo and haircare maintenance products are highly recommended for optimal results.

    - Budget for good products! There are products specifically designed to preserve and prolong your Soft Curl Permanent Waved hair.

    Before committing to a Soft Curl Permanent Wave service, we recommend that you take into account the cost of good products to maintain your chemically treated hair.

  • THE PROCESS: TIME FACTOR

    CONSIDER THE PROCESS:

    - A Soft Curl Perm can range from 2 ½ to 4 1/2 hours to complete depending on hair length, density and rod size. Be mindful of this when scheduling an appointment.

    - Time will increase depending on Length, Density and rod size.


    NOTE: A Soft Curl perms on short, normal density hair take about 2.5 hours.

    NOTE: A Soft Curl Perm service cannot be performed on Damaged or Bleached/Highlighted hair without 3-5 Hair Rebuilding Sessions.

  • SOFT CURL PERMANENT WAVE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DAMAGED HAIR CLIENTS

    DAMAGED HAIR RECOMMENDATIONS

    If your hair is not suitable for a Soft Curl Permanent Wave service at this time, we will recommend a Hair solution plan to prepare your hair for a Soft Curl Permanent Wave service.

    - Allow your hair to heal through Hair Treatments, Time and/or Trims.
    - Reduce or stop the use of ALL heating tools 1-2 months before a Soft Curl Permanent Wave service.
    - Hair that is already damaged (brittle, dry, shedding or breaking) should not be permed until the clients’ hair is treated with a series of Hair Rebuilding Treatments
    - HIGHLY RECOMMENED - Bring your hair back to life with our Damaged Hair Rebuilding Treatment.

    Our In- Salon Damaged Hair Rebuilding Treatment gives substance and strength to damaged hair and supplies the hair with its essential missing nutrients. 3-5 sessions recommended.

    Damaged Hair Rebuilding Treatment $120 per session

    HOW LONG WILL MY SOFT CURL PERM LAST?

    Depending on how tight your Soft Curl Perm is and how healthy your hair is, your perm generally last -3 months.

    The tighter the perm, generally the longer it will last

    After reviewing your Soft Curl Permanent Wave Online consultation and the photos we will send you a quote VIA EMAIL and be able to answer your questions and/or concerns on a more personal level.
  • I have provided all information regarding previous treatments to my hair and/or color that may or may not affect the outcome of my service
    I understand Failure to provide true or accurate information can result in possible damage to my hair as well as lack of treatment consistency or effectiveness.
    I understand that My stylist will explain to me the process they recommend for my hair type, texture, condition and desired results.
    I understand a Soft Curl Permanent Wave service creates curls and/or wave into my existing hair by using a Thio chemical product.
    I understand that my stylist will give me aftercare instructions and product recommendations to best care for, preserve and prolong my Soft Curl Permanent Wave results
    I understand that this information is important and any information I withhold regarding previous services will increase my chances of damage and unpredictable chemical reactions
    I understand that my stylist has been trained and certified in the service(s) technique and that they will do their best to create the best results
    I release my stylist, Endless Creations Salon and any affiliates from any liability during or after my Soft Curl Permanent Wave service if the process has unexpected or undesired results.
